Grajagan Surf Resort and Indo Surf Tours will be referred to as "the business" in this document and incorporates their employees, agents, tour operators and their staff, both in Australia and in Indonesia.
Airlines, transport carriers, resorts/ hotels, boat owners or charter operators and transfer companies shall be referred to as “Service Providers”.
Your advertised Grajagan package price is correct at the time of your enquiry or booking. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations or at the discretion of a government body, authority or tour operator. These changes may affect advertised prices. Group numbers may affect the viability of some tours which can result in services being cancelled or or prices amended. Until cleared final payment has been received , the business reserves the right to adjust quotes and invoices. Bad weather can affect the departure and return dates of your scheduled tour package. The business is not responsible for refunds or complications caused by delays to tour departures or returns due to bad weather. The business reserves the right to recommend an alternative to any tour package that has been cancelled for any reason whatsoever.
A $100 non-refundable deposit per person per booking is required within 7 days of booking any Grajagan tour package.
If we have not received your deposit with your booking, your booking will remain in an unconfirmed state. If the tour reaches it's maximum number prior to you paying your deposit, your current booking will be cancelled and you will be offered an alternative date or package. Your booking will be confirmed once we receive cleared funds for your deposit
Final payment is due 45 days prior to your tour package departure, unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon. Cleared funds must be received by the business by the due date to avoid cancellations of bookings or additional late payment fees. The business has no obligation to supply any services or tours or to refund any monies paid prior if final payment has not been made, and cleared, prior your scheduled tour departure. Please contact the business upon making any payments to verify the business has received your payment.

We accept cheque, direct deposit and PayPal for all purchases. Cleared funds are required prior to the release of travel documents. The bank details for direct deposits is:

When making electronic or direct deposits, ensure you include a booking reference and/or your surname.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you still have at least 6 months validity on your passport from the date of arrival into Indonesia, and that you hold all required visas if applicable.
Travel Insurance is mandatory for all travel arrangements and must include adequate medical cover incorporating medical evacuation. The business recommends that travel insurance be purchased as soon as you make your booking.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits paid to the business will be forfeited. Tour operators and airlines may also impose cancellation fees as per their policies. Other monies not paid out in cancellation fees shall be refunded.
If you are eligible for a refund once a booking has been cancelled and appropriate fees deducted, the balance will be forwarded to you. There may be delays if your funds have been paid to tour suppliers overseas.
Refunds are not available for any tours or services not utilised after travel has commenced.
The business shall not be responsible or liable for any death, disability, injury, damage, liability, loss, expense, delay, inconvenience and/or loss of enjoyment which may be suffered or incurred by you or any other person caused or contributed to, or in connection with:
i) negligence by, delay in, or cancellation of services or any other act or omission by any Service Provider in respect to your booking arrangements;
ii) the inability of the business or tour operators to comply with any specific personal requests;
iii) any force majeure or other events beyond the business’s control, including but not limited to - weather, tsunami, earthquake, wind, fire, flood, war, civil disturbance or unrest, terrorism, acts of government or any authorities, strikes or industrial action, illegal activities, accidents, failure of transport carriers or Service Providers, machinery or equipment;
iv) you or any other person contravening or failing to comply with any laws, notices, instructions, tour information or itinerary provided by the business and/or tour operators or any Government or regulatory authority ;
v) any other act or omission of you or any other person, including - engaging in dangerous behaviour, being reckless or not taking adequate precautions or due personal care, being affected by alcohol or drugs, entering into situations exceeding yours, or any other person’s abilities.
Neither the business nor any of its representatives shall be liable for disappointing surf conditions whatsoever. There are no surf guarantees. It is also your responsibility to ensure you are capable of participating on any tour package and your choice that you are able to cope with surf conditions and activities at any time.
The business does not warrant, and is in no way responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any information given or statements made or implied by any employee, contractor, agent or representative of the business or any of its Service Providers.
The business is only an agent for the Service Providers and has no control over any any services provided by these Service Providers. You are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by all Service Providers utilised by you, whether or not written notice has been provided by or given to you.
The business and its Service Providers reserve the right, without liability or right of compensation, to prohibit or restrict any activity, or cancel or alter any service or itinerary, without notice.
It is the responsibility of each customer to check the accuracy of all details of their itinerary against their instructions and advise the business of any errors. If you do not advise the business of any errors or discrepancies then it will be assumed that all details are correct.
